Biography
Irvin Flores, LMFT, AAMFT-AS, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Approved Supervisor with extensive experience in clinical practice, leadership, and counselor education. She currently serves as Adjunct Faculty at Barry University, where he teaches and supervises graduate students in clinical mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy. Concurrently, she holds senior leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, overseeing operations across multiple Vet Centers and directing multidisciplinary teams serving veterans and their families. Ms. Flores specializes in trauma-informed care, PTSD treatment, and systemic therapy, with certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy.
